We would like to provide you with an update regarding the ongoing rise in fuel costs globally and the impact this is having on our operations.

As a business that delivers directly to sites, fuel is a significant component of our service costs. With continued volatility and increases in fuel prices, we are experiencing higher delivery expenses across all areas of our operations.

To ensure we can maintain the reliability and efficiency of our service, we will be implementing a delivery charge that will be assessed on a per-job basis. This approach allows us to remain fair and transparent, reflecting the actual cost impact of each individual delivery.

Please be assured that we will continue to closely monitor fuel pricing and market conditions, and we will adjust our approach accordingly if circumstances change.

Dear Valued Customer,
We wish to advise that due to ongoing global increases in copper and brass raw material costs, Fireplumb Supplies will be implementing a 12% price increase across a number of affected product categories.
This increase impacts many products within our range, including but not limited to:
Copper and brass fittings
Float valves and accessories
Waste & test valves
Hydrant adaptors
Fire hydrant landing valves
Fire hose reel valves and nozzles
Fireplumb Supplies has absorbed these rising costs for as long as possible in an effort to support our customers and maintain competitive pricing. Unfortunately, this is no longer sustainable.
The price increase will take effect from 1 March.
Please note that all existing quotes containing the above-mentioned items, or any other products affected by this increase, will be null and void from 1 March. Updated pricing will need to be issued in line with the new rates from this date.
